PC Home Health was born from a place of love, faith, and firsthand experience. Our story began when our founder’s grandmother—once a vibrant and active matriarch—began showing signs of Alzheimer’s. As the family rallied around her, they quickly discovered the emotional, physical, and logistical challenges that come with caregiving. What began as small changes—misplaced items, forgotten errands, meals that didn’t quite taste the same—soon evolved into a need for constant support and deeper understanding. 

With each moment of frustration, confusion, and learning, the family grew stronger and more united in their mission to provide the best care possible—not only for their grandmother, but eventually, for others walking the same path. It was in these deeply personal moments, through both the struggles and small victories, that the foundation for PC Home Health was laid. 

Driven by a desire to serve and support other families navigating similar challenges, PC Home Health officially opened its doors in 2017. The company was built not just as a business, but as a calling—rooted in faith, strengthened by family, powered by love, and grounded in service. Since then, we’ve grown into a trusted pillar in the DFW Metroplex, providing not just care, but community.
