What Our Caregivers Do

Our caregivers provide non-medical, in-home care and facility support for individuals across the DFW Metroplex. Every day, they bring comfort, consistency, and connection into the lives of our clients and their families.

Caregiver responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene

  • Preparing meals and assisting with feeding

  • Providing companionship and emotional support

  • Helping with mobility, transfers, and light exercise

  • Performing light housekeeping and laundry

  • Running errands or providing transportation

  • Offering memory care and routine structure

  • Supporting families with respite care

We match each caregiver with clients based on needs, personality, and preferences—because we believe relationships are the heart of great care.

At PC Home Health, we believe caregiving is a calling—not just a job. Our team is built on the values of faith, family, love, and service, and we are always looking for compassionate, reliable individuals who feel led to make a difference in the lives of others.

If you're looking for meaningful, non-medical work that changes lives—and want to be part of a supportive, faith-driven team—we’d love to meet you.

“They are very patient with me and show comradery. The training I have received from them was thorough and they told me everything that I need to know to hold the position I’m currently in. If I have any questions, they answer them all.”

— J.J. Caregiver w PC Home Health

“I really like that they treat you like family. The training that they provide is helpful and they were there with me and my client on the first day. They recognize their employees by doing things like Caregiver of the Month and show us so much love. The communication is really good, and they make sure that we can handle all the clients and make sure that we’re comfortable.”

—S.G. Caregiver with PC Home Health
